Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a company in Billerica, MA who is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This role will support the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and General Ledger activities. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or construction industry experience, with QuickBooks experience preferred. Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities Assist with financial reporting and analysis Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts Support budgeting, audits, and other accounting projects Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-4+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred Strong General Ledger and reconciliation experience Experience with month-end close activities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation: $70K-$80K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
