Deputy Project ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy Project Manager (Deputy PM) to support our Project Manager (PM) in various functions that contribute to the achievement of company and IMOC contract goals. The Deputy PM will play a critical role by acting as a proxy for the PM during their absence, ensuring seamless project operations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to facilitate the execution of project tasks and objectives in alignment with company and IMOC contract objectives.Assume the role of the PM in their absence, maintaining continuity and overseeing project activities.Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills to provide valuable inputs for annual performance evaluations and bi-annual contract evaluations.Exhibit clear and concise verbal communication abilities to provide regular project status updates, including accomplishments and challenges, to IMOC leadership (e.g., TALs, Department Managers, IMOC HR, and business office) as well as the GCS corporate office.Take an active role in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening calls with applicants, identifying qualified HUBZone residents, and participating in applicant interviews.Address disciplinary matters and effectively communicate policy changes to employees as directed by the PM.Undertake additional assignments as assigned by the PM, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.Requirements:Qualifications:Proven track record of effective project management support and coordination.Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide meaningful inputs for evaluations and assessments.Excellent verbal communication skills to facilitate regular reporting and interactions with stakeholders at different levels.Experience in applicant pre-screening, resume evaluation, and interviewing is preferred.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and communication.If you are a self-driven professional with excellent communication and coordination skills, eager to contribute to the success of our projects and organization, we invite you to apply for the position of Deputy Project Manager.
