Title: Physical Therapist – Home Health
Location: Searcy, AR (50-mile coverage radius)
Completion Bonus: $5,000 after successful 13-week assignment
Position Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: Flexible (32–40 hours guaranteed)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-Call/Weekends: Not required
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (between patient visits – first to last patient)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits for home health patients
- Provide treatment visits as required
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation (within 24 hours as per policy)
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
- CPR Certification
- Home Health experience (required)
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system
Preferred Skills
- Strong time management and documentation efficiency
- Ability to maintain high-quality clinical care standards
- Adaptability in a travel/home health environment
