What You’ll Do As Assistant Community Manager , you will play a key role in the operational success of the property and the satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining accurate financial records Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation Maintaining resident files and systems Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in property management within the multi-family industry Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred Strong attention to detail and task orientation Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Perks at Maxx: Monthly move-in, renewal, delinquency and SatisFacts survey bonuses Owner and operator of our national portfolio 17 Days of PTO in your first year with an additional day of PTO every year thereafter (PTO is accrued - up to 5 days (40 hours) of unused PTO may carry over to the following year) 7 Days of Sick time (accrual based and resets annually. 100% of unused sick time may be carried over to the following year) Comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical, vision, dental, HSA, FSA, pet insurance, legal insurance employee assistance program, etc. Rental discounts at any Maxx Property effective on your first day of employment Tuition reimbursement towards work related courses ($2,500/year) Reimbursement on children's education/extra-curricular activities of up to $750/year
