Hours:

Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in the Transportation Industry
• Dispatching Experience
• Knowledge of Dayton and the surroundings areas
• Experience in working with mapping systems

Job Duties:

• Strategically dispatch runs to drivers
• Customer service oriented
• Communicating effectively with other departments and personnel, both internal and external
• Able to juggle multiple phone lines
• Overseeing the movement of product
• Fielding driver calls
• Warehouse Inventory
• Fulfilling customer orders
• Scheduling routes and/or services, along with checking on, and confirming with drivers their runs\
• Ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries
• Coordinating with Sales Team on set-up and delivery for customers
• Accepting ownership in organizational goal achievement
