Corpus Christi Medical Center seeks new graduate nurses for our Nurse Residency program. This structured transition-to-practice program builds clinical competence and confidence through guided rotations, precepted shifts, and focused education. Residents provide direct patient care, document accurately, and follow evidence-based protocols while learning time management and prioritization in an acute-care setting. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with simulations, mentorship, and feedback that support professional growth and long-term career development in diverse specialties.
