• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family counseling as required, addressing the unique dynamics and challenges each client faces.

• Administer mental health screenings to ensure accurate identification of treatment needs and enhance the patient care experience.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to integrate mental health approaches into overall health plans for patients, promoting holistic care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about current methodologies, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Contribute to team meetings and case reviews to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Perform additional duties as required to support the mission and goals of Inner Journey.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical environment with an independently held mental health license.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, families, and couples within a variety of therapeutic frameworks.
\n
• Strong knowledge of current principles, practices, and trends in individual and group therapy modalities.
\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to adapt traditional counseling methods to virtual settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
