KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Employ safe work habits and complies with all applicable Diversey safety requirements

 Reconcile Inbound orders against 3PL data

 Reconcile Inventory between SAP and the 3PL’s WMS

 Reconcile Outbound shipments to ensure closure within 24 hours

 Monitor ICR (inquiry, change request) document and execute order change request

 Shipment building, delivery creation and modification

 Will be called on to work closely with 3PL & Transportation resources

 Monitor EDI and Non-EDI communication to/from 3PL

 Resolve EDI and Non-EDI errors by using various SAP transactions and employing investigative skills

 Respond to various inquiries from CS concerning order statuses

 Create reporting to monitor past due transactions

 Create POs in Ariba as called upon by Warehouse management and reconcile invoices

 Monitor OT shipping by running SAP transaction

 Lines up SAP T/L shipping dates with 3 PL shipping date

 Facilitate Rush orders as requested by CS

 Can be called on to execute inventory management transaction

 Provide external support to other US shipping plants

 Participate in all LEAN Initiatives

 Maintain shipping volume reporting

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving operations, with SAP experience strongly preferred. Experience in a Diversey warehouse environment is a plus. Pay
