Facility Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a hard working and friendly Housekeeping/Front Desk person to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and clean place for visitors to spend the night. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly way. Clean rooms thoroughly and efficiently. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Perform basic janitorial tasks as required, including floor care and general upkeep of rooms. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is beneficial. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
