Job Description

Job Title: Energy & Environmental Litigation Associate

Location: Baton Rouge LA 70802

Salary/Payrate: Salary Dependent on Experience

Work Environment: On-Site

Term: Fulltime OR Contract

Louisiana Bar Admission required: Yes

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired

Job Description:

Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience required
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
Must demonstrate the ability and desire to work directly with clients and build client/referral relationships
Proven track record of high performance and success in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative litigation team.
Capable of independently managing a caseload from start to finish, including court appearances, depositions, client communication, and regular updates.
