Your expertise should include: Current or eligible SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP), or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in school‑based, pediatric, and teletherapy settings Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and reporting Effective communication and collaboration skills Skill in adapting to multiple locations and varying grade levels (for secondary assignment) Familiarity with digital therapy materials and documentation tools Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language services to assigned caseloads Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with speech/language needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Consult for select students based on caseload needs Keep thorough, organized records per district and state guidelines Utilize pre‑developed materials and ready‑made schedules for therapy Attend and contribute to scheduled IEP meetings Role Details: Secondary assignment spans 6th‑18+ grade, with 32 direct service and 6 consult‑only students over two locations; flexibility to condense therapy into four days per week if desired. Hours are Monday‑Friday, 7:15‑3:15. Elementary assignment covers 4K‑3rd grade at one location, with a starting caseload of 21; schedule is 7:45‑3:45.
