We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday- Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.)
• $45,500 salary
• Health, Dental, Vision benefits
• 401k opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews in both languages
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Previous recruiting or HR experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus
