The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Minimum 2 years of EM experience required.
• ED/UCC experience preferred.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are preferred.
• Current FL state license is a plus.

Ascension Saint Vincent's Clay County Hospital - Middleburg, Florida

• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
• 29-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 32,000.
