Supply Chain Distributions Co-op

Johnson & Johnson

Co-op position in supply chain and distribution operations at Johnson & Johnson's Mooresville facility. The role involves coordinating meetings, supporting cross-functional projects, analyzing metrics, and gaining practical experience in warehouse and operations management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and coordinate daily site meetings to maintain effective communication
Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews to update metrics for leadership
Support engineering, operations, and cross-functional team projects
Provide data analytics assistance using Excel, Power BI, and warehouse management systems
Execute a warehouse operations project to develop hands-on operational experience

Requirements

Currently pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or related field
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
Eagerness to learn new concepts and accept challenging assignments
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Familiarity with Power BI preferred
