What You\'ll Do Establish and foster relationships with prospective and existing tenants as well as national brokerage firms through direct interactions Effectively market a portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets to retain existing tenants as well as drive new business via new leasing activity Initiate, negotiate and finalize various transaction related agreements including initial proposals, lease agreements and amendments Regularly travel to assigned markets Interact frequently with senior executives and investors Assemble and prepare all required information to effectively present prospective clients to senior executives and investors Establish and maintain an understanding of current market conditions and trends Complete department-specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors What We Look For Competitive and success driven mindset Ability to manage multiple deals and clients concurrently within strict timelines Superior interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products Excellent organization and time management skills Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Ability to work in a collaborative environment Exceptional salary based on qualifications and prior professional experience Excellent Medical and Dental Coverage Options #J-18808-Ljbffr Glazer Properties
