Job Description We are currently hiring entry‑level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is required—they'll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience. What You’ll Do Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Monitor things like temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling Report issues that don't look right and help fix small problems quickly Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep operations running smoothly Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and sanitation rules Work Environment & Conditions Fast‑paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40°F) Will be on your feet most of your shift and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture Schedule & Availability Available shifts: Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Why Work With Us? The typical hourly pay range for this role is $23.00–$27.00 per hour. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
