Were seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, well-supported Emergency Department in Mount Vernon, OH. This full-time opportunity offers consistent scheduling, strong physician/APP coverage, and the chance to practice with autonomy in an established community hospital setting.
Assignment Highlights- Location: Mount Vernon, OH
- Full-Time Emergency Medicine
- 12-Hour Weekday Shifts
- ~25,00026,000 ED Visits Annually
- 17-Bed Emergency Department
- 115-Bed Community Hospital
- 24-Hour Physician Coverage
- 22-Hour APP Coverage Daily
- Approximately 45 miles from Columbus
MondayFriday: 9:30AM9:30PM or 1:30PM1:30AM
Weekends: 10AM8PM or 2:30PM12:30AM
- NP or PA
- NP: FNP or ACNP certification
- Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
- Ohio license or ability to obtain
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS & PALS
- NRP required for credentialing
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose and treat within scope
