This role partners closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate product strategy into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The Associate Director will lead multiple development teams, champion modern software development practices, and play a critical role in advancing AI-enabled capabilities—both within internal development processes and customer-facing products. This position requires a strong balance of technology leadership, operational execution, and innovation mindset to support high-growth, mission-critical solutions in a regulated industry environment.Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (USA/Prefer MN) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues.
