Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift (OFC)

Role Overview Production Supervisor – Rushville, IN Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations. Instruct, train, orient, and coach employees to meet safety, production, and quality objectives. Consistently administer and support company policies and procedures. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, 6S, and lean manufacturing. Maintain effective customer relationships and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals. Facilitate breakthroughs by integrating diverse perspectives and finding common ground. Provide timely, helpful information to individuals across the organization and follow through on commitments. Requirements & Qualifications Two (2) year associate degree plus one (1) year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory or leadership experience, including direction, engagement, and coaching. Effective written and verbal communication skills with all organizational levels. Strong planning, organization, problem‑solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided. Preferred Qualifications Four (4) year bachelor’s degree. One to three (1‑3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. ISO experience. Lean manufacturing experience. Work Schedule Schedule Assembly operates on a 4‑day, 10‑hour work‑shift schedule.
