Reed Restaurant Repair is looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-volume data entry position where you'll be responsible for entering invoices and quotes, processing customer payments, and assisting with collections.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-volume billing and data entry position where speed, accuracy, and organization are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Enter completed work orders into our billing system.
• Create and process a high volume of customer invoices.
• Enter customer quotes and estimates into the system.
• Process customer payments and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and collect past-due balances professionally.
• Answer customer billing questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Work closely with our dispatch, service, and accounting teams to keep billing flowing efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling customer and financial information.
• Help keep billing organized, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications

• Previous billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related office experience required.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive) required. Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Experience with accounting or service management software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
