Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Adelanto, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled CNC Machinist with strong programming, setup, and operating experience who takes pride in producing precision-machined components in a quality-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components.
- Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and machining strategies.
- Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Horizontal Mills, and Vertical Boring Mills.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Maintain production documentation, support preventative maintenance, and follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
