Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pediatric surgical cases in the operating room.
• Provide patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures.
• Monitor and address any airway emergencies, using neuro and ortho OR skills.
• Handle variable on-call and weekend shift requirements effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation with EPIC systems as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid WA License and BCLS, PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience, with charge experience preferred.
• Strong background in neuro, ortho OR procedures, and airway emergencies.
• Preference for candidates with Pediatric OR, CNOR, and EPIC experience.
• Proven ability to handle Level 1 trauma and emergency situations.
• Background in working with diverse surgical specialties including ortho/spine and craniofacial.
