As a Dispatcher, you'll: Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly What we're looking for: We're not just hiring anyone. We're building a team of thinkers and doers who are: Strong communicators with a team-first mindset Calm under pressure and quick on their feet Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-moving priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus!) Organized, dependable, and looking for more than "just a job" Evening availability is required Bonus if you have experience in dispatching or HVAC, but it's not a deal-breaker.
