Clinical Social Worker (Abdominal Transplant) Role at Ascension , Dallas Seton Medical Center, Austin, TX 78701. Full-time. Schedule: M-F varying days 7:30am-4pm. Work availability 0-14 days/quarter. Responsibilities Apply specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders, including addictions. Administer and interpret psychosocial functioning tests for diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop and implement assessment‑based treatment plans. Consult with interdisciplinary team members, agencies, and relatives to ensure compliance with the patient’s treatment plan. Provide crisis‑oriented psychotherapy, short‑term and long‑term psychotherapy, and psychotherapeutic treatment. Document patient therapy in accordance with federal and state regulations. Requirements Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentialed from the Texas Department of State Health Services. Education Master’s degree in Social Work required. Preferred Experience Transplant or dialysis social work experience. LCSW credential.
