Position Overview
Welex Logistics Inc. is seeking experienced, highly motivated OTR Flatbed Class-A CDL Drivers to join our fleet. Run high-paying, steady freight with zero forced dispatch, flexible home time, and brand-new top-tier equipment. We keep you rolling, respected, and earning top dollar every single week.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay Rate: $0.75 – $0.80 per mile (Company Drivers)
- Weekly Earnings: Clean $2,500 – $3,500+
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- Miles: Steady 3,200+ miles/week for strong solos
- Owner-Operators: Earn 85% of Gross
Equipment & Benefits
- Late-Model Fleet: 2026–2027 Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Volvo units
- Comfort Package: Fully equipped with In-Cab Fridges & Inverters
- Fuel Network: Nationwide Fuel Cards provided (TA, Love’s, Petro, Pilot, Flying J)
- Operational Control: Flexible home time with No Forced Dispatch
Driver Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of active CDL-A Class experience (Flatbed experience preferred)
- MVR/Record: Clean driving record (minor violations open to discussion)
- SAP Status: No SAP drivers accepted
- Performance: Proven ability and willingness to run 3,200+ miles weekly as a strong solo driver
