We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at a high-volume, Semi-private country club. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day line operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, and supporting a strong, professional kitchen culture. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality Expedites orders in a timely manner Practices excellent operational sanitation Executes scheduled banquet functions Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates Helps reduce loss and waste Communicates equipment repair needs to the Chef Actively participates in training efforts Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Checks and dates all deliveries received and reports any variances to the Chef in charge Verifies that all coolers are at proper temperatures and are cleaned daily Processes inventory requisitions and receives supplies as necessary for quality production Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans Prepares items in accordance with established recipes to ensure a consistent product Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications ServSafe certification preferred Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
