New Vehicle Sales Manager
Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mystic, CT. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment. As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new vehicle sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom traffic and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicle stock.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to dealership management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new vehicle sales.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of CRM software and dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
