Mental Health Technician - IMC Psych Adult

Summary:
\nFacilitates the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in the psychiatric unit and assists patients with daily living activities. Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Takes vital signs, weighs patients, and collects routine specimens. Attends and participates in group therapy, in-service education, and staff meetings
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Under the direction of a licensed nurse, performs various service related activities in support of patient care and the patient care unit \n
- Responsible for direct and indirect care to assigned patients primarily focusing on hygiene activities of daily living, vital signs and recreational activities \n
Requirements:

- High School Diploma \n
- BLS \n
