Assembler Requirements

• Ability to assemble, inspect, and package tile products
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to identify incorrect or damaged products
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Ability to operate assigned production and packaging equipment safely
  
• Ability to complete repetitive assembly and production tasks
  
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and stack tile products.
  
• Grade tile and place it in the correct locations on production equipment.
  
• Inspect tile to ensure it is positioned correctly and straight.
  
• Rework products that do not meet quality requirements.
  
• Place finished tile into cardboard boxes.
  
• Send boxes through the taping machine.
  
• Stack completed boxes on pallets.
  
• Load tile into cutting machines.
  
• Transfer tile into crates as directed.
  
• Complete additional cutting-area assignments provided by the Plant Manager.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures.
  
• Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.
