Requirements
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
