As a Shift Leader, you are more than just part of the team you help set the tone for the entire restaurant. Youll lead by example, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

Your Role

Lead and oversee daily shift operations from open to close
Run smooth, efficient shifts often independently while maintaining high standards
Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-spot training to team members
Prepare and serve quality food that meets Subway brand standards
Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operational procedures
Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant
Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive resolutions
Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift

This position frequently requires running shifts independently. The ideal candidate is confident working on their own, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions without constant supervision.

PREREQUISITES

Education: Some high school or equivalent
Experience: No previous experience required we will train the right candidate
Must be able to work some weekends

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register
Ability to work in all areas of the restaurant as needed
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
Ability to frequently lift 10 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds
