The Lodge at Lincoln Station is a well-established HOA-managed condominium resort community known for its beautiful grounds, friendly atmosphere, and commitment to high standards of property maintenance. We are currently seeking a reliable and well-rounded General Maintenance Technician to join our team year-round.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on individual with all-around maintenance skills to help keep our property in top shape. This role involves a wide range of tasks including lawn care, light construction, pool maintenance, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping: mowing, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup, and seasonal tasks
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and construction-related repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical testing (training provided if needed)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Basic maintenance skills- perform general plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs (you don't need to know everything)
• Snow removal (seasonal)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Ensure safety standards and community rules are upheld

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and pool care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work at least one day on the weekend
