Join our growing team! We are currently hiring Test Operators for our 3rd shift. This is a hands-on technical role working with circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
Perform testing on assemblies and final systems.
Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and Statements of Work (SOW).
Complete rework and document technical findings.
Assist with unpacking, labeling, and packaging as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of related technical or manufacturing experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, databases).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED required.

Pay & Schedule:

3rd Shift (Graveyard).
Pay range: $20.50 – $25.00/hour , based on experience and skill level.
Shift hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
