Working as a Grand Format Packaging/Finishing Operator, you can expect the following:

Responsibilities

• Finish work orders according to the specifications on the job ticket.
• Set up and operate finishing equipment including CNC routers, banner welder, sewing machines and laminators.
• Move line item stations in production software.
• Assist in packaging or special projects when needed.

• Self-motivated and requires little supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, among short- and long-term projects; allocate time appropriately
• Resourceful
• A "Can do" attitude to help the department and team members reach goals by servicing our clients
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, detailed environment is recommended
• Sign Production or craftsman experience is preferred but not required

Work schedule: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Train on days before moving to the night shift)
