About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, National Accounts to spearhead the strategic growth of alternative investment product placements within key RIA and independent broker dealer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving impactful growth, collaborating with industry leaders, and leveraging their expertise to shape the future of investment distribution. This role involves developing and executing client business plans, leading research engagement initiatives, and coordinating product rollouts to maximize sales opportunities. The Vice President will also be expected to travel extensively, up to 50%, to support key client relationships and business development activities. Applicants for the Vice President, National Accounts position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees being advantageous. A minimum of 10 years' experience in placing complex products within RIA and independent firm ecosystems is required, along with mandatory Series 7 and 63 licenses. The role demands proficiency in alternative investment products and asset classes, strong leadership, communication, and consultative sales skills, as well as the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred, and candidates should possess marketing and analytical skills to implement strategic plans and enhance client engagement.
