• Providing individualized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Building strong relationships with our clients and their families through empathy, understanding, and excellent communication skills
• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery

• Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
