(Flexible working opportunities available)Huntingdon, Peterborough or LincolnWe’re expanding our capability and are looking for five skilled Project Managers to join various project teams across the business. In these roles, you’ll take ownership of delivering essential capital and operational projects that underpin our commitment to providing high‑quality, sustainable water services.As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategically important change projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will be responsible for embedding effective change management practices, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and supported throughout periods of transition.The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to work collaboratively with sponsors and change managers, and a values-led approach to influencing and driving positive organisational change.
