Oxford Solutions is seeking a motivated HVAC Outside Sales Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you'll focus on generating new commercial maintenance agreements, renewing existing contracts, and providing technical expertise to customers. The ideal candidate has a mix of sales drive, relationship-building skills, and HVAC knowledge to deliver value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Conduct site visits and gather customer requirements to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and renew agreements
• Stay up to date on HVAC technologies and provide customers with product and efficiency recommendations
• Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and internal teams to create tailored proposals
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and records of customer interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC or related technical sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed
