???? What You'll Be Rocking Every Day???? Talent Detective- Hunt down incredible talent using both traditional and creative recruiting strategies.
- Build lasting partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and employment partners.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruitment plans.
- Keep our hiring pipeline flowing while balancing priorities across the organization.
- Make every new hire feel welcomed, prepared, and excited from Day One.
- Oversee New Hire Orientation and ensure every team member starts their Goodwill journey successfully.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, paperwork, training, and compliance with precision.
- Help create memorable first impressions that lead to long-term retention.
- Ensure hiring records, I-9s, background checks, drug screens, credential verifications, and onboarding documentation are accurate and completed on time.
- Maintain the integrity of our HR systems and onboarding processes.
- Keep us compliant with state, federal, accreditation, and organizational standards.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, vacancies, hiring progress, and staffing trends.
- Create reports that help leadership make informed staffing decisions.
- Maintain the Onboarding Vacancy List and ensure recruiting resources are being used wisely.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Foster collaboration between Human Resources, Operations, Mission Services, and leadership.
- Help onboard leadership development participants and support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Encourage innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Goodwill with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the community.
- Build relationships that expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
- Promote Goodwill's Core Values, Guiding Principles, and commitment to creating opportunities that transform lives.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Staffing, or Operations experience.
- At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience recruiting for retail, manufacturing, operations, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of interviewing, employment law, onboarding, and HR systems.
- HR certification (preferred).
- Experience with CARF standards (a plus).
