Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documents.
Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments.
Perform basic facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment safely.
Coordinate and support outside contractors as needed.
Complete maintenance documentation, PM tasks, and purchase requests.
Assist with plant cleaning, safety audits, inspections, and security efforts.
Operate floor scrubbers and maintain organized work areas.
Follow OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
