Sterling Restaurants purpose is to help people realize and achieve their dreams. Were looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager who develops people takes ownership of results and makes every Welcome to Moes! count. Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.

Pay & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at approximately $50000 per year based on qualifications and experience

Founded in 2009 Sterling Restaurants owns the original Moes in Atlanta and has grown into the largest Moes franchisee operating nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. What Youll Lead

  • Develop your team: Support staffing interviewing training and performance reviews. Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback.
  • Run great shifts: Coordinate people and priorities lead alongside your crew and maintain a safe clean organized restaurant.
  • Deliver welcoming service: Uphold quality service and cleanliness standards. Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return.
  • Drive results: Manage sales labor food costs and profitability.
  • Grow the business: Support catering local marketing and community relationships.
