Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, data architecture, and cloud platforms. This is a hybrid onsite role based in New York or Texas, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications.


Architect scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.


Evaluate, select, and integrate ML tools and platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks).


Provide leadership on model lifecycle management including training, evaluation, versioning, and monitoring.


Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align solutions with business goals.


Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.


Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in software/data engineering with 5+ in ML/AI solutions.


Strong background in Python, Spark, and SQL.


Expertise in ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.


Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).


Hands-on with MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining.


Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Kubeflow).


Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM integration.


Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


Prior experience leading AI/ML transformation projects.


Exposure to data privacy frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
