Senior Accounting Manager - Boston, MA \/ Hybrid Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting operations and support the month-end and quarter-end close processes. This individual will play a leadership role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving accounting procedures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage core accounting activities and close-related processes
• Oversee general ledger accounting and financial reporting functions
• Review reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support process improvement initiatives and internal controls
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders on accounting matters
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff as needed
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and special projects
  Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry required
