Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit to long-term relationship building
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional studio environment
• Educate clients on services, retail products, and membership options
• Support and contribute to a positive studio culture
• Participate in community engagement and studio marketing initiatives
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Perform services using Waxing the City’s signature techniques and elevated service standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License required
• Passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
