We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and leading from the production floor. If you're energized by solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and helping a growing manufacturing company reach the next level, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations. Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery. Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive Lean initiatives and operational efficiencies that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory accuracy, and operational performance. What We're Looking For 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience. Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred. Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing operations and processes. Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience. ERP/MRP experience required ( NetSuite preferred ). A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving results. Why Join PowerPusher?
