Procurement Specialist

We're looking for a superstar Procurement Specialist to be a part of our collaborative and fun atmosphere. TSDP is a bespoke, full-service residential interior design firm responsible for coordination and implementation of all phases of architecture and design, from concept through construction and furniture installation.

Responsibilities will include:
• Generating and processing Purchase Orders via email and e-commerce.
• Requesting vendor invoices for payment processing.
• Placing credit card orders and/or coordinating check payments with Accounting.
• Tracking and monitoring Purchase Orders with vendors by both phone and email.
• Maintaining project production schedules and confirming delivery dates.
• Tracking delivery of merchandise with warehouse and/or delivery service.
• Entering notes and status updates in our Studio Designer software program.
• Generating Expediting Reports for staff project meetings and monthly client billing.
• Resolving service adjustments for delivery issues, damages and repairs.

• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, warehouses and other professions, including colleagues.

• Motivated, persistent and professional across all communications.

Experience:
• Ideally the candidate would have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, although this is not required to be considered for the role.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a similar role (e.g. Purchasing or Logistics)
• Bespoke residential interior design industry experience a plus.
• Studio Designer software experience a plus.
