Director of Nursing - Behavioral Health

Join a well-established acute care hospital dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and clinical excellence. We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to oversee our inpatient behavioral health services, ensuring compliance, patient safety, and a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities - Direct daily operations of the inpatient behavioral health unit.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Oversee staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent acute care inpatient behavioral health leadership experience (Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager level).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Background screening required.

Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.
