Warehouse Supervisor

Job Details Directly supervises Warehouse Department employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold, occasional vibration, and a typically loud noise level. The role requires ensuring that all product quality and safety processes are followed consistently, promoting a safe work environment, and performing other related responsibilities as needed. Safety and policy procedures set forth by Tyson Foods are followed at all times. Responsibilities Train employees. Plan, assign, and direct work. Schedule and manage overtime and appraise performance. Disciplin(e) employees. Address complaints and resolve problems. Maintain accurate inventory records for receiving off the floor and from outside vendors. Manage housekeeping in the dock area. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years of work experience. Experience: Not required but preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Travel: Some travel may be required to attend training classes. Special Skills: Motivated self‑starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others. Resume required for consideration. Relocation assistance: Eligible. Work shift: B Shift (United States of America) – Monday to Saturday, 4 PM until production finishes (times vary).
