This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building a meaningful, long-term relationship with one client and providing dependable, personalized care.Compensation & SchedulePosition: Part-Time Caregiver — Starting at $20 per hourSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 12:00 PM–2:30 PM; Saturday: 12:00 PM–3:30 PMResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and meaningful conversation.Assist the client with daily routines and activities as needed.Provide emotional support and encouragement.Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks related to client care.Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.Follow the client's care plan and HomeWell Care Services policies.Communicate professionally with the client, family, and HomeWell Care Services management team.Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.QualificationsPrevious caregiving experience preferred.Experience working with Veteran clients is a plus.Reliable Own transportation and a valid driver's license.Ability to provide dependable and compassionate care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, patient, and respectful.Ability to work independently and follow the client's care plan.Must be comfortable providing companionship and supportive care in the client's home.BenefitsFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive and friendly team environmentHealth Plan through Vitable HealthWorkers' compensation coverageMeaningful work that positively impacts seniors and familiesReporting StructureThe caregiver will report directly to HomeWell Care Services' HR and Scheduling Managers for all employment, scheduling, and work-related matters.Why Join HomeWell Care Services?At HomeWell Care Services, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do.
