Sr. Client Service Associate
Our Boston, Massachusetts office is looking for a Sr. Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
This is a hybrid position working partially from home and partially on-site at our office location in Boston.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Education/Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 2-3 years of financial industry experience
- Customer Service training, knowledge or experience
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
- Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to learn financial product features and riders
- Ability to learn the review process and how the review is completed
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Wealthscape experience a significant plus
